How do I add someone to my Approved Senders list?

By adding someone’s email to the Approved Senders list, you are allowing any emails from that address to always come into your Inbox and never get caught by your spam filter. This can be handy to make sure that you always receive certain emails.

However, you should never add yourself or your own company unless absolutely necessarily. Many spammers will spoof your email address knowing that many people add themselves to their Approved Senders list.

To add an email address to the Approved Senders list:

1. Go to the Postini login page: http://login.postini.com
2. Enter your email address and password
   Note: Forgotten your password?
3. Click on My Settings in the top right corner
4. Click Approve Senders
5. Type in the email address(es) you want to approve
