If you’re unable to receive emails, please try the following:
- Reboot your computer
- Log into the web interface by going to http://mail.yourdomain.com. This will verify that your username and password are correct and that there are no major server issues.
- Make sure that you’re not having any internet problems. You will need internet access for your email to work.
- If you are still having problems, contact us or your local technical support vendor for more troubleshooting. Please have the following information handy:
- When the problem started
- What happens when you try to receive an email
- The error code, if you have one. Outlook error codes typically start with 0×800. You can also take a screenshot of the error.
