How do I change my spam filter settings?

You can change the settings in your spam filter. By default, your settings are set to High. If this is not working for you, you can decrease that to a lower setting. You will run the risk of getting more spam in your Inbox, so it is recommended to keep your settings as high as possible.

1. Go to the Postini login page: http://login.postini.com
2. Enter your email address and password

3. Click on My Settings in the top right corner
4. Click Manage Junk Filters
5. Type in the email address(es) you want to approve
