Help! I forgot my Postini password

Your Postini password is unique and different from your email password. If you’ve forgotten your Postini password, follow these steps to get your password:

  1. Go to http://login.postini.com
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter anything you want for the password
  4. Click Login

  5. A link will appear that says Forgot your Password?
  6. Click on the link to have a your password emailed to you.
