What if you have questions on how to use your new site?
You will have one person assigned to always be available to help you find the answers you need. Yes, that’s a single point-of-contact who will keep in touch whether you need training, have questions or can’t remember a password.
It doesn’t matter if you have a content management, ecommerce, or custom application; we have the experienced in-house staff to make sure you get the training you need. We can provide personalized training materials for your custom application and online help documents.
At Vivid Image, we’re available to train you on how to use the applications and systems we design. Your training is carried out by the developers who created your application, either at our training facility or at your location. If you have questions down the road, we can provide retraining or training for new staff. Additionally, when you host with Vivid Image, you only have to make one call for any assistance on your site.
