How do I change my domain name servers to Vivid Image?
Every domain name points to at least two name servers. The name server tells a web browser where to find your website. Your domain name must be pointed to our name servers before your site will be visible on the web. A domain name server change takes approximately 24 - 36 hours to complete before your site will be visible for everyone on the internet.
To initiate the change, you must login to your account with the current registrar of the domain name and update the name servers to our name servers. Our name server information is as follows:

| Tertiary: ns3.lnhi.net (65.36.160.18) |
Note: If Vivid Image registered your domain name you do not need to initiate a domain name server change.
If you wish for us to change your domain name to our Name Servers you will need to provide us the username/account number and password with the current registrar of the domain name.
If you have a country code domain name, you will need to contact the proper NIC and arrange for the transfer.
