I got an email (or fax) regarding the renewal of my domain name. What do I need to do?
Do NOT pay any fees for renewing your domain name without checking with Vivid Image first. Vivid Image renews most domain names for most clients. We will check with you to make sure you want to renew, and insure that you are getting the lowest price breaks possible through the most reputable companies.
There are many solicitations that appear to be invoices, and paying them will put your domain ownership in a complicated mess. You should only need to check once that we have your domain name renewal on file. From then on, we'll take care of all renewals.
